      Pros

      Pretty fair time off, solid work environment, benefits are good, lots of interesting clients

      Cons

      Pay isn't great for the amount of work required however overtime compensation is good if you are comfortable working more than your contracted 40 hours a week, ends up being much better

      Pros

      Lovely office, lovely co-workers! Lots of flexibility to carve out the path you want - it's really what you make of it. I enjoy coming to work, and appreciate not being micromanaged. Exciting environment for those who don't need rigid structure to get the job done.

      Cons

      Communication can often feel disorganized, especially with international teams. I've seen great improvement over the past 5+ years, but there is always room to grow.
