- Team structures change every 3 months The founder breeds a negative culture around the agency, which dampens the mood around the office. Colleagues end up walking around on eggshells as a result. Certain colleagues with bad behaviours are not reprimanded despite the whole agency seeing the problem, but never addressing it in a meaningful manner, adding to toxic culture.
