      Perks are nice. Coworkers are good people. Most work time is personally managed. Plenty of opportunities to learn more about the industry. Potential for internal growth.

      Cons

      Disorganised and rushed. Constantly driving and very time consuming. Not eco friendly. Dated upper management enforcing dated business practices. Pay is far too low.
