Pros

If you stay long enough to will gain a share as it’s an esop company. Good vacation plan for starting off.

Cons

All the ones that come with weak management. If they can’t say no you will end up doing everything sales has promised. Raises are based off sales. But they are still minimal for all but higher ups. If operations get 2% management gets double. Bonuses are the same.
