Pros
Work environment, interacting with coworkers, graphic designers had plenty of opportunity to ask for feedback and critique of their work on any project, doors were always open to encourage mingling, self improvement was always encouraged, but never on company time, direct supervisors did spend the time to help get new people up to speed with how they preferred file handling, file organization, and even time management techniques, indoor climate controlled and quiet work space is ensured, frequent social opportunities with co-workers or co-workers with families, kind group of people who'll take the time to get to know you if you do as well, very seldom are employees ever asked to work at all on a weekend
Cons
PTO only came to 14 days per year after working for 8 years, at each year end, the unused PTO days do not roll over to the coming year, so they can't accumulate, work is sometimes fast-paced and always deadline oriented, while one can ask for additional performance evaluations, most receive one evaluation per year.
