      Pros

      Employees are nice. Good break room. Decor outside lab is good. Moving to larger space in harwood heights

      Cons

      Management...all 4 upper management lack scientific knowledge yet run a lab. Have fun working 6 days a week...using your PTO for holidays that typically companys pay for. You will never acquire more pto. Its frowned upon to become sick and use sick days. They love to cut corners and not treat patient samples with care.
