      Pros

      SimulTrans is an excellent company to work for. The management are extremely helpful and proactive in ramping up new employees for success. The best part of working at SimulTrans are the people in the office, everyone has a great attitude and work very well together, even with difficult clients. One thing about working in a small organization, is the recognition and voice you have with management. They are open to new ideas and your input and contributions are valued and rewarded. Overall great experience working at SimulTrans and I can say I have made some life long friends in the company.

      Cons

      The sales CRM could be updated with something more capable. Salesforce or Hubspot CRM come to mind. Also, investment in marketing efforts and more trade shows / networking events to generate more inbound leads for the sales team to capitalize on.

      + Management and C suite is friendly and foster a learning environment + Employees are stable and stay for long time + International offices and ability to relocate for new experiences + Constant opportunity for growth

      Cons

      - Added supplies in kitchen/ office would nice such as bean bag, more drinks etc.
