Pros

Very focused & niche market

Cons

Hostile work environment. The owner makes you feel as if every day may be your last. He brings new employees on with the impression that their earning capability is far above what it really is. No benefits and no work life balance. Antagonistic management and coworkers

Pros

If you like recruiting, and you're motivated by unpredictable days, you might like it. Pay/commission may be good (maybe?), but don't expect to see any for awhile.

Cons

Everything feels like it's on a knives edge. Nobody seemed to actually like each other, and you never knew when the next shouting match was going to occur. Conflicts felt very childish. Few people could be bothered to show up on time, and when one employee is late, be prepared to to sit through an hour long meeting discussing the importance of being on time. . The flexibility of your vacation time and work hours doesn't really exist when you fear punishment for not being there or leaving before 6:30. Also, it doesn't feel like a very honest place.

Pros

Great compensation, Liaison's receive 100% of the sales dollar, unlimited vacation after 90 days.

Cons

None. Just keep hiring great people, do not settle.
