      Pros

      Very nice people, corporate culture is not very competitive. You feel like you are working with people, not against them.

      Cons

      They are a small company with many competitors, who spend huge amounts on advertising with little to show for it.

      Pros

      Smart Balance work environment is surrounded by nice people to work with. The company was at it's top best with Bob Cluck was office.

      Cons

      It all depends on at what position you are at and which department you work under. And hopefully your manager is a fair and honest person instead of just helping themselves up the ladder.
