Dynamic environment, with accent on performance. It is a great company for those with a passion for communication and hard work. One of the advantages is related to the fact that the company is a full-service agency with a lot of synergies between the departments.
Cons
Sometimes there isn't high cohesion between the team members and common activities seem to be completed as a task. A degree of flexibility is needed due to the specific of the activity.
