Poor management. Always rush people to finish the project but no actual management. The project can be done perfectly if there is good management but here the management is bad so the project cannot be handled perfectly and always got bugs since the project is rushed to finish. The employer also lacks ethics since the employer bad-mouthing the employee saying they are not competent since they did not bring money to the employer and the employer also always delay paying the intern and sometimes did not contribute to the KWSP.

The first things is that the KWSP is not being payed to the worker and there are a lot of excuse on why it is not being payed. This also affect your salary payment as the salary is not being payed on time and it is hard for the worker to apply for loans. You must get ready to be flexible as you might need to to at least 2-5 system at once (including maintenance). This is due to the fact that some of the system that are done is not actually done and has a lot of error. The company has high vision but there are not proper plans when doing it and this lead to the project to be on hold or even abandon.
