Really supportive and friendly team culture. My colleagues were genuinely lovely to work with and always willing to help each other out. I felt welcomed and supported throughout my time here, and there was a strong sense of teamwork. I had the opportunity to work alongside some very skilled and experienced people, which helped me learn a lot and gain valuable experience throughout my time here.

Cons

Career progression opportunities feel limited or unclear. More structure around development and progression would make the experience better.
