    Not one thing. It honestly was the worst mistake of my life.

    Pros

    Met amazing people in the industry, from co workers, corporate, to clients. Great pay if you work hard. If sales is for you, then this is the job for you.

    Cons

    Little training, litte pay, if you do not work hard.

    There needs to be better communication.

    Fast-paced, opportunity to grow and learn a lot for a junior-level person

    Cons

    Management. CEO and management rule like dictators and don't seem to care much about employees. They just care about hitting their numbers. Low employee morale contributes to low performance overall.

    Advice to Management

    CEO should step down and let new managers with fresh vision take over

    salary and compensation is very poor- they don't match the job market value

    if you want to keep good employees, match new york cost of living and job market value.

    - Great product
    - Small company, allowing for greater opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility
    - FUN

    - Very volatile, decisions come across as reactionary
    - lots of turnover

    Amazing atmosphere, very laid back, very casual. Employees are all a pleasure to work with. Great lively environment.

    Cons

    Very laid back & very casual environment. This is a pro and a con at the same time. Lacking leadership, direction, and authority. Very little room for upward mobility.

    Advice to Management

    Leadership strategies need to be addressed
