      Good amount of hours, Consistent Expectations, Very easy to understand what your job is

      Cons

      Added on more and more responsibility with no promotion or pay raise, I got medical problems with my skin because I was always being forced into water, Management and Supervisors often had different views on matters and never agreed much

      - Management plays favorites - They frequently hire people related to others while simultaneously pushing those they don't "like" out the door. - They will cop out on giving you more money despite and make excuses
