      Pros

      Company lets the team members learn new things. Any person, who has willingness and capabilities, grows very quickly here. Suggestions to senior management, if made in a right way, are taken seriously. Technologies is a big plus. If you are a technology crazy person, SplendorNet is THE place to be.

      Cons

      No handsome pay hikes for people who are not outstanding. Have to work over weekends when the projects are under stress.

      Pros

      Good for freshers as a learner, no boundations, Keep absorbing as much you can grasp. If you have dominating nature, you can become teamlead.

      Cons

      Very Less Salary. Top Seniors have lack of knowledge. Very poor infrastructure. No Processes implemented which made things tougher in the next job in MNC.
