- office location - unlimited PTO - Great co-workers
Cons
- Design department consists of 2 people - Certain managers will take full advantage of unlimited PTO But seems to be looked down upon if you do the same. - You know its time to leave when they will make you feel guilty for taking sick days or going to doctors apt. ( see previous review) - not a lot of transparency or collaboration
