      Pros

      The team was amazing, it was an exciting, motivated and ambitious team of people.

      Cons

      Founders were the biggest downside. They acted like rockstars, everyone felt uneasy around them, they were hiding things and didn’t care about people. Inconsiderate too, they were moving deadlines, changing things all the time. Also they hired too many people that they had to fire going forward in 3 batches.

      Half of the company was made redundant a few months after they hired all of us. Missed managed by Ceos & very toxic environment in terms of expectation and deadlines. S
