Pros
Benefits are descent if you are full time from what I hear but I wouldn't know because I haven't been offered any since moving from part time to full time. The pay is okay if you don't mind living in poverty compared to what others make in this profession. This would be a rock star company if they would just pay us what we deserve. I do like that the scheduling is so flexible though because getting time off to spend with family when needed is important to me.
Cons
The main con to working in this place is that the pay is low compared to the national average for others doing the same job. I think we all deserve to be paid more than what we are and so that maybe we can take vacation once in a while like the owners get to. Also I don't like that I am forced to cover my tattoos when other people in the company at other stores do not have to. That to me is discrimination.
