      Pros

      Best health insurance I've ever had. A great community of people who are willing to work with you and teach you. You get to work with amazing talent.

      Cons

      Pay is on the lower end, and is unlikely to increase. Chance for upper movement within the company is very low.

      Pros

      Sprite is every inch a cool, boutique animation studio. It's a small team in-house, but it's a tightly knit and very creative group and there are lots of opportunities to learn and wear multiple hats for those who are interested. My years there have been invaluable in helping prepare me for the next stage of my career.

      Cons

      Boutique studios can have their downsides, in that limited staff can mean limited resources to tackle production setbacks when they arise, but management has demonstrated its willingness to implement solutions (hiring help, etc.) when this happens.
