    Pros

    Great people to work with. They care about you. CEO is the best guy I know. Great commission plan. You can make a lot of money here.

    Cons

    Nothing really. Maybe to loyal to people, keep them for a long time even if they do bad.

    Stay the same!

    Pros

    The only nice thing I can say about this firm is that I'm glad I was able to leave as soon as I could. Would not ever work with this firm again.

    Cons

    Bully's. Recruiters are true head hunters, but what do you expect. Recruiter negotiated what seemed to be solid contract. 2 months into contract Starpoint decided they did not like the agreement and sent over a new Schedule B. I refused to change and a month later, after speaking with my attorney and he sent a letter, Starpoint terminated the entire engagement. My client was not only surprised but very upset.

    Advice to Management

    Respect agreed upon terms. That's the point of negotiations. Respect signed contracts, what's the point otherwise?!

    Pros

    old and big company with lots of cash flow

    Cons

    salary, commissions were way sub par.
    most all clients were stale and never kept up with causing there to be numerous jobs and no deals.
    wantd me to switch to full desk and I never wanted, at the time to work a full desk.

    manage your clients and pay your employees who are making you the top guys richer.

    micromanaged and constant change in management. Building was a poor location and no comradery.

    Pros

    There are plenty of clients and requirements to support and management provides support to the team to enable them to be successful.

    Cons

    It is tough to prioritize what to work on since there are so many opportunities to support and you can work on outer-office requirements as well

    Advice to Management

    Keep sponsoring the annual holiday party in NYC as it is a great time to meet the other members of the outside offices.

    don't cheat on vacation/holidays
