      Pros

      Great colleagues, everyone is young and from different cultures. S&S is only 3 years old but growing very fast, and it is great to be a part of this. The office is designed as a place like home. Because the company is rapidly growing and young, so a lot of structure is not yet there which is a great opportunity: you can think about improving and innovation every day. Also your work life balance is very good here

      You can miss structure and guidelines, if you are not the person that wants to think out of the box every day
