Pros

Good equipments for work. Updated systems and tools.

Cons

The biggest problem here is the lack of communication! We don't get detailed information most of the time, but management expects us to deliver every single thing the had in mind! Their expectations are ridiculous!

Pros

The only positive thing about working here is being able to collaborate with a lot of talented people. Everything else about the company is terrible. If you're considering applying for a position here, I urge you to think twice.

Cons

I wouldn't recommend working for Sticker Mule unless you want to tear your hair of frustration. The biggest problem with the company is the lack of structure. Management has. no idea how to lead employees, schedules are disorganized, roles are poorly defined, expectations are vague, communication is terrible ect. Leadership also lacks accountability and blames every single problem on employees instead of focusing on finding solutions and improving the company that will help you to grow and advance your career, do not go with Sticker Mule; they will just drag you down.

Pros

You learn how to stay alert fast and bond with coworkers who are just trying to get through the day.

Cons

It quickly turns into a stressful circus, and not the fun kind. The ceo runs the place with ego and fear, and having a different opinion feels risky. Management says they want input, but it's pretty deceitful because nothing actually changes. People get called out publicly, fired suddenly, and left with a ton of anxiety. Communication is sloopy, and frontline teams take the blame for leadership mistakes. HR backs leadership only, and after watching how easily people are cut, the whole setup feels evil and unsafe.
