      Ability to run autonomously and make a big impact across the organization with operational improvements due to lack of strategy from leadership

      Cons

      Bringing to light apparent gaps in the core functioning of the business, raising the bar in how to make data driven decisions, advocating for reporting structure, developing programs for planning ahead while learning from past results, calling out examples of preferential treatment of toxic employees, got me laid off. Would steer clear!
