      A really great place to work and make games

      Pros

      Fully remote, nice benefits, good WLB, good salary, great diversity and inclusion, and an overall fun environment with interesting subject matter. Stoic is full of competent (and reasonable) people who are passionate about building and releasing games. I think this is the best place I've ever worked.

      Cons

      It's not going to compete with a FAANG-like company for compensation (but it all doesn't come with the stress and politics you deal with at those places).

      I cannot say enough great things about working here! From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by everyone. The studio truly invests in its people, creating a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and genuinely cares about employees' well-being. The emphasis on work-life balance is outstanding. I’m proud to be part of such a forward-thinking, supportive team, and I know I’m in the best possible environment to build my career!

      Cons

      We are fully remote so it's best if you're comfortable working in isolation most of the time. Communication can be tricky.
