Pros

There is only a few pros here. Great coworkers and incentives.

Cons

There was minimal training. The training we did receive was not presented well and after when it was all said done they just wanted us to figure it out for our selves. Their "people operations" does not seem to know what they are doing and are a bit lazy as well (not even sure what they really do in all honesty). Base salary is low the ability to earn commission is advertised as "easy" but is far from it. Favoritism is REAL they will IGNORE you and or some leadership will try to help you but seems like they dont even know what they are doing. They will only choose to help CERTAIN people and management is a MESS. It amazes me how they handle certain situations. Leadership enjoys to gossip as well (I personally think its just immature to gossip about employees with their coworkers). The whole environment there is very toxic and negative. I would recommend reading all of these reviews here on glassdoor.

Pros

Coworkers, PTO and holidays, if management likes you then you might be treated decently. You will learn a lot and when you get another job you will appreciate how stress free it will seem compared to Storm2. Cool office as well.

Cons

Everything you can possibly think of. You’re sold this lie about how much money you’ll be making but when you do the math the hours you’ll end up having to work just to hit the KPIs they impose means that you’re barely cracking minimum wage on the base. Micromanaging is huge, if you look at your phone or are 5 minutes late be prepared to be pulled into a private meeting. Be prepared to be told one thing by one manager, another by a different one, and then reprimanded by both for not doing what you “should have done” (which means closing a deal and filling their pockets more than yours regardless of how you get there). Zero accountability from up top, according to them if you’re not closing deals it’s because you’re lazy and not working hard enough since they give you perfect training, unlimited resources such as a buggy CRM and a program that sometimes gives you a persons correct number as well as LinkedIn recruiter, and that economic conditions have no effect on any one companies hiring plans. Since your bosses were successful (even though they all came in during the tech boom) it’s always YOUR fault if you’re not. One last thing - you will never be valued for your strengths or as a professional. You won’t even be valued for your accomplishments at the company unless you’re closing deals, you can win associate of the week on a Friday and be fired on Monday (yes this has happened before).

Pros

the friendships I made with my coworkers, that's it. Just know the "entry graduate consultant" is really a 360 external recruiter position. If you don't know what that is, I'd advise you to do some research.

Cons

commission structure, being in office 5 days a week, micro-management from managers, the obvious lack of listening from higher ups, the lying to associates, no work/life balance, ignorance to how company culture in U.S. vs the UK, not paying out commission to employees after termination and withholding all the money for themselves honestly is criminal in itself. The company also posts fake job ads so half of the roles any of the storms post are fake, just for them to add candidates to their network.
