Manageable shifts but unstable job security

Pros

Shifts were managable and the pay was decent.

Cons

They hired and fired within the first 3 months as to not have to pay. Docked hours at the last minute. Overall not getting the leads for the dialer leads to layoffs.

Great team, not micro managed, good pay and supportive environment it’s a worth while company to work for. I would recommend giving it a try.

Cons

Work shift times in the Industry could be better earlier starts would be helpful but this seems to be standard times with many agencies
