I have been working at Stryde Management full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I came into this business with little to no real world skills and was very nervous about starting. I was shown a family environment and front line leadership by the director Dartanion. It was very comforting to know I could have a chance to really get to know management and have hands on coaching from them daily. After proving myself quickly I've been given an opportunity to show my real skill sets.

    Cons

You get out what you put in. Mentally challenging but rewarding.

I have been working at Stryde Management full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Honestly, really happy I was able to get in the door here. Experience has been great so far. Really enjoying the different marketing tactics, the sales experience, the morning meetings. The office is full of energy. not as many people as I thought, but i do enjoy the one on one time I get with the owner. Like that the training is very hands on. To be completely honest though, I fell behind my first week because i wasn't studying as much. You do have to put in a lot of work out side the office starting off to get the client information down, but once you get used to it its pretty simple. I think that's the scariest part for most people.

    Cons

I live a little far so the commute can be a little much, but the good thing is that we get started pretty early so there isn't much traffic on the roads.
