Pros

The boss the office ambience the co workers the kind of job everything is wonderful. A very good work culture and the upper management keeps the employees happy.

Cons

It is a 24x7 wardrobe and styling assistance portal. So the working shifts are from morning 7am to night 12am. This was a con for me.that's all

The employees are friendly and they create a work environment.

Cons

The management is worst and due to which there have been 10 people under the marketing department within a period of 1 year. The management doesn't know that how they should stay with their employees. And you will also be asked to be their slave and do as they say.

Owner is arrogant and u will not get any opportunity to grow. No job security. Owner expect you to sit late.. according to him..if u r sitting.late than only u r working.
