                  Pros

Work hard play hard mentality - if you put in the work you will definitely reap the benefits and feel rewarded for all of your efforts. Flexibility - they weren’t too strict about work from home prior to COVID which was a huge benefit to me, and now it seems like there may be a shift to a more hybrid model once we come out of the pandemic People - so far, everyone here is very caring and loves to watch younger people succeed in their careers. Team leads are strategic in your development and will take the time to help you find what you need to grow. Competitive pay and benefits - I feel like the total compensation package can’t be beat Overall, this company has been a pleasant experience in the couple of years that I’ve worked here and I don’t see it going downhill anytime soon.

                  Cons

Work life balance - although WFH has helped, there are times that I feel overwhelmed with the amount of work in a given week with pressing timelines that are hard to juggle at times Company communication - I feel like there are at times initiatives in the company that are brought up and get people excited, only to not get any follow up once the hype is over.

                        Pros

SullivanCotter provides the opportunity to create your own work environment. If you have the drive, you can seek out opportunities and projects that interest you. The firm has really gone a step further during the pandemic not only by servicing out clients without missing a beat but also supporting associates and their families to work and continue to in a safe environment which is much appreciated.

                        Cons

As others have mentioned it is definitely not a 9-5 job. Staffing at all levels is lean which can be stressful. However good workers are acknowledged.

Always remember these when interviewing (based on my experience): - You will not be working with the recruiter you talk to - Large companies = chances are good of you not working directly with the mgr/sup who interviews you. - Small companies = chances are you will work closely with the mgr/sup who interviews you. But, chances are good the team you work with is not on this call - In both situations - ask to meet you direct team, if you can, to get a feel for how things are
