Pros

Good place to work at with high standards of engineering. Innovative R&D, always pushing towards adaptation of new technologies as long as they provide value. A lot of opportunities for growth. Impressive leadership taking all the right steps, putting Sunbit on a trajectory to dominate the BNPL market with ambition and focus. Im confident Sunbit is here to stay, and will become a household name over time. Arad, the CEO, once said: "Your children AND grandchildren will know Sunbit and will use it on a day-to-day basis". I truly believe him when he says that.

Cons

Things are moving extremely fast. You need to be ambitious, cautious, and hard working. Definitely not a "Rest & Vest".

Pros

- not stressful if you are used to a call center setting - mindless work

Cons

- Management is not consistent across the board. - Male management hugging female co-workers on the floor - Supervisors not providing feedback - no consistent training; 2 different teams could be be doing different work flows. - degrading way that leads speak with agents on the floor and get no consequences - training materials outdated and has inaccurate information that can harm the business - depending on the lead that you speak with you get different information - leads and supervisors can disappear off the floor and you could be waiting minutes; 5 to 10 to get an answer for a customer waiting on the phone.

Pros

Strong business momentum and IPO potential

Cons

The biggest issue was the management culture. In my experience, there was too much focus on office presence and the exact time employees left, instead of measuring people by their actual performance and impact. This created an old-school and frustrating atmosphere. The office environment was also not ideal for focused work. It was often noisy, and many coworkers seemed stressed or frustrated, which affected the general atmosphere. For a company that presents itself as a successful unicorn, some of the office equipment and facilities felt disappointing, including old monitors that were uncomfortable to use for long working hours. Career growth also felt limited. I would not recommend joining with strong expectations for promotions, salary increases, or meaningful professional development unless this is clearly discussed and written before joining.
