I worked at SupportSeven full-time (More than a year)
This company was wonderful to work for the management are very professional as well as laid back the hours were great and pay was adequate, they were also very leniant with attendance if you needed to reschedule an off day you could also you could work as much overtime as you wanted.
There were alot of angry clients calling in because of scams they thought our company was responsible for. Also I was fired for Having my cell phone in my lap there was no negotiating I was just canned and I was a great employee I received very high quality scores but was fired for my dang iPhone
