Everything. Let's start off with compensation. The Director upon hire will inform you of the commission plan and inform you of a heavily inflated commission plan that is not possible to gain. I left a company making 2000 a month in commission to no commission monthly. They still use very old software and the software crashes every 5 minutes making it impossible to have a steady workflow day. The benefits are awful! Insurance costs are outrageous and the PTO is not competitive at all. The culture is very boring. No one in the office talks to each other and the Director makes it very obvious that he is only interested in talking to the men in the department. The requisitions are very slow. We receive a small number of requisitions weekly and that we split between multiple people on the team. The director is awful. He yells at his employees with the door open and snarls when you ask him any type of questions. The positive reviews on glassdoor are fabricated by upper management to make the company look better, but things aren't working out. The turnover is out of this world! Don't belive me? Check out LinkedIn and see how many employees worked there for less than 6 months! They have had several employees leave within the last few months! Finally, when I resigned they threatened to not pay me. Please do not work here.
