-During the start of the pandemic all employees received a 20% paycut and they used that reason for the Gov't contributions to be delayed in payment (but they haven't paid the contributions since January which is pre-pandemic)
-Government Mandated benefits are not being paid (late by 6-10 months) and this has been a repetitive issue for how many years now
-Managers are not competent with providing support to the employees recruitment wise.
-CEO is only good with words not with actions ( a lot of empty promises)
-Not technologically advanced (Shared job boards, No office licenses- using only free software, Reporting, time sheets, leave requests etc are only done through Excel)
