Pros

The one pro is that you get weekends off

I seriously don't know where to begin here. This was hands down the worst company that I have ever been a part of. If you have worked here then you know the verbal abuse this company will put you through. They break HR violations daily, they talk horrible about their employees, they threaten them, they lie, deceive, and the list goes on and on and on. I can truly say I was extremely verbally abused at this company. They would tell us every single day how much we sucked and how we should be fired and how we aren't worth our pay. The micromanaging is absolutely horrible and you literally get in trouble if you ask a question. The training is awful and they call you stupid if you don't understand something. I was constantly called stupid in an idiot by their HR rep. Their HR rep also continuously told people that I was ugly behind my back and would get extremely involved in people's personal lives to where it got uncomfortable and honestly sometimes scary. They would threaten you if you disobeyed them in anyway. They would also take away your phone like you are a child. I know reading this truly sounds made up, and I wish it was, but unfortunately it is 100% true. I want to write everything that they have done but I am worried that my post would not be accepted by glass door because of how awful it is and I need this to get approved so I can warn people Also the one good review on here was written by their management team just an FYI. Just take a look at their turn around. Their employers don't last more than a couple months if they even go that far. People leave that place as soon as they catch wind of how horrible it is. I truly can't express enough how truly horrible this place is and I really hope they get justice someday for how they treat their employees.

Hello, We encourage employees to report verbal abuse in person while working for the company and haven't had any formal complaints on record. We also have an open-door policy for training requests and have addressed those requests as they come in per employee as well as in group scenarios. Proactive education and learning is also encouraged at TAPLocal. As with most companies, if cell phone usage becomes an issue, action is taken. For the majority of employees this is never an issue and most welcome this policy as it helps manage those who have distractions with cell phone usage. We wish you the best of luck in your future. Pros

Always saying funny things like this place is great for professional growth! Weekends off

This company is so far from professional! It started out great and you were able to deal with some of the horrible treatment because at the end of the day we did have fun... for a while... the decided to hire a new HR and man did it go down quickly! I have never experienced HR like this one! Quickly it went from bad to sooo much worse! HR would talk badly about all of the employees to you behind their back. And then would turn around and talk badly about you to everyone else. Management liked to threaten our jobs daily! Always saying they could hire someone for 15 dollars an hour to do our jobs. Again this is laughable! I watched HR call everyone into her office in 2’s to tell them they would be firing their appointment setter that day. Mind you the appointment setters desk was right outside of their office. It was awful! Then proceeded to talk badly about this person pretty much everyday until I left. The owner and CFO bought into all of this and quickly and joined in on all of this horrible treatment. Within a few months this place went from a decent place to work if you had thick skin to an absolute prison. Unless you were one of the chosen ones you were treated like trash daily in front of everyone. It was horrific! I have nothing good to say about this place anymore and would never advise anyone to work there. Still to this day I question everything about that place. There was some really shady stuff going on and I am so glad I got out when I did. I have a feeling their Christmas party this year is going to be a really lonely and boring one. From what I hear everyone is looking for their way out in the sales department. They might get their wish of having $15 employees taking over the sales positions. That’s if they last much longer.
