I worked at TDB full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Work is easy; assignments are usually something that anyone with a third grade education can do in their sleep.

    Cons

Don't bring up unpleasant things that are illegal such as a harassment- you tell the truth and they will get rid of you. They hire people who are incompetent and then put them in charge. Work environments are usually hostile.

    Advice to Management

Get new managers. Hire new staff.

Unorganized , Turn over rate high , incorrect information being giving out

    Advice to Management

Management should sit and try to make a few appointments and see its not easy as they try to make it sound.

I worked at TDB full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

TDB offered good working conditions, pay and benefits. Supportive supervision on-site and in Lenexa office. Would work with you and offer suggestions and corrections.

    Cons

Contract ended. GSA employees acted independently and TDB supervision had to investigate changes sometimes after the fact and needed better support from the GSA employees.

    Advice to Management

Employee Notification when a new SOP is in effect related to job. GSA posted without notification or discussion.

    Advice to Management

Continue with the practices of making employees feel valued, they work harder to represent you well knowing that you'll have their back if the time comes.
