Pros

Good for the experience, 11 holidays, good if you want the experience of working with people globally

Cons

No ability to retain employees due to low pay, Lack of investment in employees ( they want employees to get IT certifications that people make at least $60,000 to $110,000 a year with just to give the employee a measily 1 to 2 dollar raise), worked very very very long hours upwards to 14 hrs. a day, not a company I would recommend to POC.

Pros

Learn about I.T peripherals and components thats it, other than that no pros.

Cons

Many, for one there is no formal training and the supervisors are incompetent with the devices, so you have to learn on your own as you go. This place hires people from temp agencies with criminal backgrounds so expect to meet all kinds of nasty attitudes from people who love to: slander all day, talk about baby momma's, gossip, instigate, & go on political & racist rants without there being no repercussions; basically imagine having to listen to slandering and debauchery all day while stuck at a certain spot. I have personally witnessed a coworker get terminated for standing up to somebody like this in the warehouse. After this I saw no reason to continue working for a company that tolerates racists, immediately sought work elsewhere and found a better opportunity too. Other than that, this company expects you train the new people from the temp agencies due too the position being a high turn over job, so your basically training people without even having been formally trained yourself; dont ask the supervisors here questions they will just role their eyes at you and give you smirks. Oh and the new person your training, they'll leave next week too. Favoritism is also rampant here, you'll have people who wont show up to work for days on end and they'll still be employed here; mind you this is out of laziness and not medical conditions either. Ow wait but yet they'll give you the smirk with passive aggressive comments and raise there voice at you for making an honest mistake on the job, but yet they wont say anything to the person who literally never shows up to work and is somehow still employed and in the process of conversion.
