      Pros

      TKO's is small and close-knit, which can be good or bad depending on how well you fit in. The work is routine

      Cons

      There’s not much room to grow for certain people. Subtle antisemitic behavior from management seemed to go unchecked, creating an uncomfortable environment that no one wanted to talk about.

      individualized attention, great people to work with, and good benefits as well as some overtime.

      Cons

      There are only two shifts and sometimes if you are on nights they go home early.

      Pros

      Overtime pay from 80+ hour work weeks

      Cons

      They will force you into night shift positions until you quit. They have a high turnover rate for this reason almost specifically. Expect 80 hour work weeks. Management doest not care. They will train you long enough and throw you as fodder for the jobs they cant keep up with.
