    Pros

We have a nice looking office and you don't have to stay after working hours, life-work balance is pretty good here.

    Cons

Everything else. From the top management, the staff management, lies, the not qualified people who are on high positions, bad organization, saving money on people, on coffee and company dinners etc.

    Advice to Management

There's a loy of changes needed here.

    Pros

The company has been constantly growing and it is full of challenges. Colleagues are in general easy-going and the offices are usually in good locations.

    Cons

Environment can be stressful sometimes. Everything is changing constantly, it is a must to be able to adapt quickly. Salaries might be lower than the average.

    Advice to Management

I worked at TLScontact (Less than a year)

    Pros

Can't think of any pros to working for this company, they are just the worst company I've ever been employed by! Leaving them was the best thing I did

    Cons

Worst company I've ever worked for. No training, poor management, little to no communication. They expect you to go out of your way for the company but do nothing to help the employee. It's all take and no give. Very unprofessional, they lose staff faster than water down a plug hole! Do not work for this company, you'll only regret it.

    Advice to Management

    Ppointless, they never listen
