Pros

Management team is truly committed to seeing people succeed. Growth opportunities are endless when you drive your professional development Culture has transitioned in my time with the company and is truly positive and encouraging. A lot of people say "The people are great," but I feel like we take that to another level. the people are not just great, they live our values and truly work hard toward a common goal.

Cons

Bonus percentages for non-commission based positions can use improvement. Bonus structure is good as it takes into account both qualitative and quantitative measures, but it is low bonus potential compared to my previous roles.

Pros

They called me right after I applied but i was on the phone. I asked them to call me back in ten minutes

Cons

I never heard from them again. They said they would call me back in ten minutes and that was it. On to the next number i guess.

Pros

They did call me back “once”

Cons

Poor communication, one of the recruiters was wearing a headset and it sounded like VOIP. It was cutting out constantly during the interview. I flew out and interviewed with the company that TDP was recruiting for and then never heard anything. It felt like I was just another number to them. I will not work with this company again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I want you to know that we are taking your feedback seriously and we have already begun implementing some changes. First, we have identified that the VOIP system can some times lose connection. To counter act this, we have begun to set up stronger internet bandwidth in dedicated areas of our office where it is not only quieter, but it is now dedicated to candidate interactions only. This will help this challenge immensely. Secondly, our lack of follow up was not okay. You are more than a number to us. Our mission is to "Help People Succeed, and Help Organizations Perform." We cannot accomplish either of those goals without talent like you. Please know that we have taken your feedback to the entire organization and have launched a full TPD University session on responsiveness and candidate experience. We are working diligently to correct this and ensure it never happens again. I hope you give us another opportunity to work with you in the future to showcase our elevated service.
