      Very casual environment - able to wear whatever you want Branding looks professional and they appear to have their ducks in a row

      Cons

      TERRIBLE with communication! The managers basically are either doing nothing (drinking wine in their office) or running around with their head cut off due to the overload of useless work. They work on positions that are impossible to fill and therefor are a waste of time.

      Pros

      Casual atmosphere - You can wear whatever you want and drink beer/wine while you work.

      Cons

      Management has a lack of staffing knowledge. The CEO basically hired her buddies from previous positions to make up a team that lacks the intelligence to run a staffing company. Unless you suck up to the "Director" you'll never have a secure spot their no matter how well you do.

      No pros at all,they tell you to report sexual harassment but fire you when you report it!

      Cons

      They owe me 52,745 in back pay,and they fired me for reporting sexual harassment,and 100,000 in damages.
