      Cons

      Limited Exposure to Diverse Projects: While the projects were valuable, at times the work could become repetitive. Exposure to a wider variety of domains or technologies would enhance learning and engagement.

      Pros

      It sounds like a great fit for me, as the days are somewhat flexible to work with my life. My manager has been with the company for 20 years, so it seems like a place to advance.

      I can't start fast enough!
