      Pros

      The people at TalenTrust are the best of the best. Supportive and caring, always willing to jump in and help each other. There is no guilt trips when you try to take time off or need to take a sick day. After coming from a toxic company, being at TalenTrust has been such a refreshing change.

      Cons

      The recruitment industry can be challenging and isn't for everyone. You'll have to be able to pivot at a moments notice, be creative, and be persistent. If you can do that, you'll do great at TalenTrust.

      Working at TalenTrust has been an incredibly rewarding experience. From day one, it was clear that this company isn’t just about recruiting—it’s about building lasting relationships, both with clients and within our own team. The level of collaboration and support here is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Everyone is aligned with a shared vision of helping companies grow by finding the right talent, and we genuinely live out our core values every single day. One of the biggest perks is the flexibility and remote work environment. TalenTrust trusts its team members to manage their schedules in a way that works best for them, which allows for a great work-life balance. Despite working remotely, I’ve never felt disconnected—our team is engaged, communicative, and always willing to help each other succeed.

      Benefits package is not robust and is quite pricey.
