Pros

Remote, quick hiring process, nothing else

Cons

I have never worked for a company that felt so disorganized and unprofessional. The interview process was extremely brief and did not provide a clear understanding of the role or company expectations. After being hired, I was assigned to work under someone who provided little to no guidance on processes or procedures. While I was able to learn independently, I observed that interns and entry-level employees received virtually no formal training or support. The workplace culture was also highly negative. Communication often felt toxic, and employees were frequently blamed for issues outside of their control, while management appeared unwilling to take accountability for mistakes. In my experience, there was a lack of professionalism and respect in how staff were treated. My employment was terminated through a very short phone call, during which I was told there might be a temporary opportunity available in the future. However, just minutes later, I received an email confirming my termination. The process felt abrupt and inconsistent.I also had concerns about the company's internal practices and leadership. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this workplace to those seeking a supportive, organized, and professional environment.

Pros

Some projects were genuinely interesting and offered valuable experience.

Cons

Once you experience working here, the high turnover will make perfect sense. The company grinds people down with endless hours and no real concern for well-being. Management treats employees like disposable labor, expecting nonstop work without proper rest or appreciation. The exhaustion is brutal—physically draining, mentally crushing, and completely unsustainable. It reaches a point where even basic health starts to deteriorate, and no amount of effort ever feels enough to satisfy the constant demands.
