- Contrary to what I mentioned in pros, the staff is very overworked and under-appreciated for the work they do. This is also compounded by the fact that management forces unrealistic performance expectations on such a small team
- Despite what you might be told when first starting, management does not put their employees' well-being first
- The new management there created a hostile work environment to employees. Some client recap meetings turned into prolonged temper tantrums which hurt employee morale and detracted from actual work. The workplace bullying is unprofessional and very demoralizing.
