      Pros

      Techaxis is a good place to learn everything there is to know about the technology recruiting business, though they are not into staffing. One gets exposure to good quality work and there are experienced mentors and well respected clients. Sector focus on emerging technologies enables you to master the sector very well.

      Cons

      A lot of juniors and freshers being hired leads to continuous training all year around which is tiring.

      Pros

      I have been here for the last few years and it is a great company work for. The best part of the job is that I have grown within the ranks fairly fast and have been recognized for my contribution both financially as well as professionally. Their commission plan is one of the best in the industry. I read a couple of reviews calling this company a fake - I am surprised by these comments. This is a completely legal company and employs 70+ employees in the USA and India and works with Fortune 500 customers. And the company has received awesome reviews from these customers for the work they have done and as a result the company has grown rapidly as well as.

      Cons

      Night shift is definitely a challenge for employees in India but that is nature of the industry.
