They have all false promises. They will not pay on time. They are unreachable. There phone do not operate. Typical bait and switch company. Absolutely bad experience dealing with them.

Very good company to work and gain more knowledge on platform. Many Clients to serve and get more opportunities. Top management is very good. Most flexible and employee friendly organization. More over internal free training's and free certification examinations, strong managers. On-time salaries and Salary increments and appraisal ratings are very good compared to other IT companies.

No pros at all. They lure you with fake opportunity.

- They will give you offer so that you can resign from your current stable job. Then they will bargain or beg to reduce your salary and in the last when you join them they will not support you at all. I resigned from my current employer, join TekTree and within two days client asked me to leave as there was some compliance requirements which was neither mentioned in the job description nor explained by tektree to me. - They have put some unethical conditions in the contract which was removed when I objected. In short, tektree is highely unprofessional and unethical company and my advice is not to fall in their trap even if you are getting 100 % hike. Please avoid them to save yourself.

Professional company work culture. Employee friendly management. Best compensation package. Good Job marketing. Honest and down to earth CEO. Management strives to maintain healthy inter-personal relationships. They are quick to act and prompt in responding to employment related or immigration related matters.
