Pros

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the other employees initially. The work load can be large in terms of time, but in generally not super stressful. The customers are great too.

Cons

This company seriously underpays it's employees, And consistently is understaffed because of it. As a result employees are expected to be available at all times, not being available will lead to a decrease in hours and adding to your coworkers burden. Fostering a very unpleasant working environment. Issues between employees are treated cavalierly, as if the injured party is always being childish regardless of the circumstances. Upper management is abrupt, short tempered and generally surly, in addition to being extremely patronizing.

Pros

The customers were the best. I loved the location and the people I saw everyday. Overnight shift differential of $.30

Cons

Low pay, they seem to look for a reason to fire their employees from day one. They are horrible judges of character and allow themselves to be stolen from for years so long as you can suck up enough, better yet sleep with the district manager.

Pros

PTO, Health Insurance, Multiple shifts to choose from

Cons

- Unbelievable incompetent owners who only care about profits - One manager works seven days a week at one of their stores but they refuses to stop paying her overtime because they're afraid of taking charge of their own company, so they force other stores to cut their hours and basically soft lay off their best employees - Haphazard and disorganized managers, constant pressure and stress to deal with call-ins and nobody offers to help them - Zero trust in your team or their abilities, constant turn-over. The crew is trained haphazardly and without enough time to understand the job properly - Swinging business (one day it's dead and the next it's super busy), - Practically non-existent break time that you have to clock out for (yes, you have to clock out for your disgustingly short 5 min break every two hours) - Training is absent completely, you either sink or float - Maintenance does clean their pipes, sink traps or drains, the health inspector is paid to look the other way - There is mold on several pieces of equipment, including around the fountain drink area - The cooks use their bare hands to grab pickles and other sandwich condiments, district kitchen manager does not reprimand for it
