Absolutely nothing positive to say about how this company manages their employees.
Cons
Avoid at all costs. This company Fires and rehires as they please. Wrongfully dismissing employees, or in my case an ‘unfair dismissal’ (due to length of service being less than 2 years). They will sing your praises until it doesn’t benefit them anymore and then wrongfully summarily dismiss you without any previous warnings for reasons made up by them that didn’t occur. No gross misconduct occurred and reasons given were vague e.g. “you don’t fit the role anymore” whilst not taking any meeting minutes for dismissal and walking you out the door. Please search Tetrosyl and USDAW and you will see all of the activities they have been up to recently which made its way to parliament. Do not even consider working for this company if you are looking for a stable job and to be treated fairly.
