Pros
Mission-driven, passionate staff, strong group of intellects, diversity and inclusion committee, generous benefits and paid time off, able to work from home, accommodating to families, organization has a vision and goals, empowers employees, unionized, excellent management-union relationship, I work with my friends and people that really care about one another and the communities we serve.
Cons
As is the nature with non-profits, we are understaffed and always needing to remain competitive with salaries.
