      Pros

      The learning curve is steep, but offers an opportunity to gain a lot of experience quickly. Very collaborative, very hands-on. You get back what you give. Management and senior leadership have all been here forever. If you’re willing to contribute and put forth an honest effort, you will succeed here. Clients operate at the forefront of life sciences, meaning you’re actually contributing to overall human health (as in: not helping big pharma peddle painkillers).

      Cons

      This is a self-starter environment that rewards initiative and accountability. If you’re looking for a large corporate structure where you can stay under the radar and coast, this may not be the right fit.

      Pros

      Location was great. Office is nice. Coworkers were generally young, energetic and it was generally a laid back environment. According to other reviews here, the CEO is hard to deal with, but I think he is

      Cons

      Chronically understaffed when I was there. Turnover was very surprising. Lots of pressure on project managers with little to no experience and little accountability. The lack of direction on projects was very frustrating.
